SMRT

In Georgia they are apparently having issues with Educational power-mongers obtaining dubious online degrees. The degrees are apparently based mostly on 'life-experience', which may not be as quantifiable as would be desired.

My favorite excerpt would have to be:

St. Regis' director, Jallah Faciann, defended the school Friday, saying it is accredited by the Commission of Higher Education in Liberia. "I don't know why some people are saying it's not a real school," Faciann said in a telephone interview.

If Liberia is good enough for the Franklin Mint to issue coins from, then it should be good enough for college degrees. I'm ready for my PhD. in "Napping Science". I am *positive* I already have enough credits...
