Playing Emeril in the kitchen... cooking up a storm. Chicken surprise something something... with stuffed mushrooms and StoveTop stuffing. Eyes are watering from dicing onions, and in general sweating slightly from hanging out by the stove.
Nothing fascinating in the news... at least not fascinating to me. Slow weekend maybe, or the news has bludgeoned me into apathy towards most stories...
AND in more important developments: it appears Spring is actually arriving... I'm wearing shorts today. Thought I would share...
